Step 10 Now add one cup of water to the inner pot of the Instant pot. Place the steamer into the inner pot. Press STEAM mode, and SET Timer for “TEN” minutes. Steam the buns for 10 mins, once the timer is done, open the lid, carefully remove the steamed buns, and serve immediately for best taste and texture.
Instructions. Combine the all-purpose flour, yeast, and sugar in a large bowl. Mix the ingredients and then gently pour in your warm water. Keep stirring and then knead the dough for a few minutes until it's soft and bouncy. Place the dough back into the bowl and cover it with clingfilm or a cloth.

Prepare the eggplant: This step is super easy. Trim the top and bottoms of the eggplant off, slice it in half lengthwise, brush the eggplant with a bit of oil, then plop it on a grill or grill pan (a broiler works as well, but you won’t get grill lines) and cook it until tender.

After the 10 minutes, stir with a rubber spatula until creamy and silky. Chill. Cool the chocolate ganache uncovered for 30 minutes in the refrigerator.

Teriyaki chickpeas. Mix the teriyaki sauce ingredient in a bowl and keep aside. Combine the cooked chickpeas, teriyaki sauce and white pepper in a skillet over low-medium heat. (Add veggies if you like) Cover and cook for 10 to 14 minutes or until the sauce thickens and forms a glaze. Mix in the sesame seeds.
